We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no hidden fees, no minimum spend. Just your chosen Harlow & Sydney pieces delivered straight to your door.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Transit time: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 8–17 business days.

Our daily cut-off time is 17:00 AEST, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

All shipments are handled by trusted delivery partners including Australia Post and other national carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. While we always aim for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as peak periods, weather events or carrier disruptions. If that ever happens, we will keep you informed so you know exactly what to expect.

Remote and Regional Areas

Deliveries to remote or regional areas within Australia may take slightly longer than standard delivery times. If your area requires additional transit time, this will be reflected in your tracking updates.

PO Box Deliveries

We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses within Australia via Australia Post.
